Visiting SF

It's been... eight months? Since I left California. It is really good to be back, except the time difference -_-;
Last night, we walked around little bit for dinner and after-dinner walk. I don't need to look at map like when i visit unfamiliar city. I know the streets and directions, which make me feel good. Also a lot warmer weather!

Four more days here... good :)

Trip to Germany Part III: Rothenberg, o.d.T.

After BBQ for lunch @ Minjung's house, we drove to Rothenberg ob der Tauber, which is famous for its well-reserved medieval old town.

So beautiful town.

Many buildings are decorated with ivy, which turned reddish...

Trip to Germany Part II: Heidelberg

We took a train to Heidelberg.

We loved our hotel. It was small and cozy. Also very close to nice places...

There was a pub/restaurant on the first floor.

Also a lot more nearby... German truly love beer.

It was pretty steep in the beginning, but top area was relatively flat and moreover... nice view.

Trip to Germany Part I: Regensburg

Trip to Germany, from 2nd to 10th October.

Stepped in Regensburg downtown.

The first city that we visited in Germany.

Dome (St. Peter's Cathedral).

Tallest architecture in this town and can be seen from anywhere.

Some people are not familiar with SLR camera and don't understand why LCD window is not showing the view. He put us in the very middle of the frame :)

Plazas in Germany are larger and more open compared to those in Italy.

Trip to SF with J sisters Part III - The Pacific Ocean

It is a great thing that I live near the ocean. I can see the ocean with little bit more than 1 hour drive. Wow...

Trip to SF with J sisters Part II - Golden Gate Park

I've been to Golden Gate Park once... possibly 2006 with James and his friends. But I didn't really explore whole area - it is almost impossible to explore in one day though. This time, I had a chance to walk around near the ocean. We went to see a Dutch Windmill. It was huge and beautiful :)

Near the windmill, there was a small garden full with tulips of different colors. So So beautiful. It was windy and getting cold.

Trip to SF with J sisters Part I - California Academy of Science(13th March, 2010)

Julia, Jojo, and I went to San Francisco to have some fun before I leave California. It was really pleasant day :) We parked our car and walk to the Hong Kong style (?) restaurant famous for its BBQ.

We went to California Academy of Science near Golden Gate Park. It was remodeled recently. We loved the aquarium.

Back to youth. Just happy with small (and sometimes very big) creatures.

I am really lucky to meet those sisters. We went to San Diego with Mihye in last August and made lots of good memories. And again, this time... they made me a good memory in SF. Nice food, aquarium, park, and fun. Thank you guys :)
